Folders Window

If you do not see the Folders Window, click on the Folder button on the Create Tasks Toolbar or choose Windows->Folders from the View Menu. The Folders Window is docked by default to the Tasks Tab. You can redock Folders to outside of the tabs so you could drag links and files to folders from other tabs more easily. You can also hide the Folders window completely.

Context Menu

  • New Folder: Creates a new folder under the specified parent folder.
  • Rename: Renames a folder. Duplicate names are allowed.
  • Expand All: Expands all nodes of the tree.
  • Cut: Expands all nodes of the tree.
  • Copy: Expands all nodes of the tree.
  • Delete: Deletes a folder.
  • Paste: Expands all nodes of the tree.
  • Properties: Shows the Folder Properties dialog box.
  • Help: Shows this help page.

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Ins: Creates a new folder under the specified parent folder.
  • Del: Deletes a folder.
  • F2: Renames a folder. Duplicate names are allowed.

Folder Properties Dialog Box

  • Name: A folder's name.
  • Location: The name of the perent folder.
  • Size: The size of all tasks in the folder and its subfolders.
  • Contains: The number of subfolders and tasks in this folder and its subfolders.
