1. Downloading Images from a Web Site

Offline Commander downloads images along with the Web pages on which the images are displayed. To learn how to download a Web site, you will need to read the topic How to download Web sites. Though it is not necessary it is recommended that you set the Link filter to

not ( *.exe or *.zip or *.cab or *.pdf or *.doc or *.txt )

You can extend the list to exclude other non image files. You can also set the maximum size on the Link filters page to prevent large files from being downloaded.

2. Viewing Images in Offline Commander

Click on the Search button on the main toolbar. Select GIF, JPEG, or BMP from the File type drop down box. Click Search. Offline Commander will display the list of all found images. Double-click on the first image in the list. The image will be shown in the built-in browser. Click on the Down Arrow on the browser toolbar to view the next picture from the list.

3. Saving Images to Your Hard Drive

To save images to your hard drive, select all images from the list by pressing Ctrl-A on the keyboard and drag them to a file folder on your disk.
